This dark and decadent imperial stout is brewed with locally-foraged ‘shrooms with a deep umami flavour and an earthy, forest-kissed essence.

In this brew, you’ll discover prominent flavours of heavy molasses and caramelised sugar that dominate the body. Its texture is thick, lending a satisfying mouthfeel. Upon sipping, you’ll also notice subtle but easily distinguishable umami and earthy notes, adding depth to the overall experience.
