The original Most Valued Producer variant of psilocybin mushroom spores is a mutation of the True Albino Teacher strain of magic mushrooms and the Melmak strain. The Albino Most Valued Producer psilocybin mushroom is essentially a very stable albino version of the True Albino Teacher crossed with the Melmak strain. This variety is considered a very unique genetic combination in the True Albino Teacher Family, making them an excellent group of specimens to study as spores.

The Albino Most Valued Producer is all white in appearance, not dissimilar to other magic mushrooms that are considered albino. As a variety of True Albino Teacher, the Albino Most Valued Producer does not eject spores extremely easily, making the production of spore prints quite difficult. The AMVP variety, at maturity, boasts an extremely dense and thick white stem and a small, thick, bluish-white cap that bruises easily. These psilocybin mushrooms colonize very fast and often cluster together in thick, tight clusters.
