DESCRIPTION
Immediately after returning from the forest, the mushroom fruit bodies are cleaned of sand, needles, leaves and other impurities, and then thoroughly dried without access to light, at a constant temperature of 50°C, until the maximum degree of water loss is achieved. We try to clean the caps of sand as best as possible, but sometimes thorough washing of the caps would result in the loss of active chemical compounds located just under the skin, so occasionally some grains may remain on the surface. The drying process takes place in professional food dehydrators made entirely of stainless steel. We do not use dryers made of plastic, from which toxic chemical compounds can be released under the influence of temperature.
The next step is to place the dried amanita caps in airtight containers with controlled air humidity, where they mature in the dark for the next few weeks. They are periodically subjected to quality control, after which the selected caps are weighed and packed in hermetically sealed packages. We use certified BPA-free packaging.
Shipping in a discreet bubble envelope.
